Investing in a leadership development program requires commitment from the organization as well as the participants; therefore, Karen takes the time to evaluate your needs prior to customizing your program.
- Leadership and team development programs are designed using a cohort model
- Programs designed to meet the group’s level of leadership experience.
- Each session is facilitated in-person or virtually.
- Cohorts typically include 7 to 19 participants of similar roles and experience, or of different leadership
levels depending on the organization’s size and needs.
Because Session 1 is foundational to any program Karen designs, Session 1 is being offered as an introductory program without obligation for additional sessions or full program development. This provides clients the opportunity to experience the program and Karen’s approach to client service before fully investing in an internal leadership development program.
Session 1 objectives are centered around human behavior which is foundational to leadership. Participants leave the session with a better understanding of themselves, how their style impacts others, and strategies they can apply to connect with their direct reports, colleagues, and leaders. Other foundational competencies that are include in the full program development include coaching & mentoring, effective feedback, building effective teams, emotional intelligence, and crucial conversations.
